01The service
Rapport lets you look up a token contract on Ethereum, Base, BNB Chain or Solana and read a report built from public blockchain data and third-party sources, and lets signed-in users discuss tokens. Reading reports requires no account. Features, supported chains and data sources may change or be withdrawn at any time.
02Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and allowed to use the service under the laws that apply to you. You may not use Rapport if you are subject to sanctions that prohibit it.
03Wallet sign-in
To post, reply, vote or report content you sign in by connecting a wallet through our sign-in provider, Privy, and signing a message. Signing proves you control the address; it sends no transaction and costs no gas. Rapport never receives your private key or seed phrase.
You are responsible for activity under your wallet. One person should use one account for the community; creating accounts to manipulate votes is not allowed.
04Community rules
When you post, you must not:
- share scams, phishing or wallet-drainer links, or ask anyone for keys or seed phrases;
- promote tokens, post referral links, or coordinate buying or selling (“shilling” or pump-and-dump);
- make claims about a real, identifiable person that you cannot support, or harass, threaten or dox anyone;
- post content that is unlawful, infringes someone else’s rights, or contains malware;
- impersonate a project, team member or Rapport.
Back claims with evidence: transactions, addresses or report sections. Label speculation as speculation.
05Moderation
Content reported by three or more members is hidden automatically until reviewed. We may remove content, limit or suspend accounts that break these terms, without notice where needed to protect users. If you think a decision was wrong, contact us and we will review it.
06Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You grant Rapport a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce and distribute it on and in connection with the service, including after your account ends where others have replied to it. You confirm you have the right to post it.
07Acceptable use of the site and API
- Respect the published rate limits; do not try to bypass them.
- Do not scrape at a volume that degrades the service, probe for vulnerabilities, or interfere with other users.
- Do not resell bulk access to reports or present them as your own analysis without attribution.
Citing individual reports with a link back to Rapport is welcome. Licensing of the site and its data is described on the license page.
08Third-party services
Reports rely on third-party data providers and sign-in relies on Privy. Their availability and accuracy are outside our control, and your use of a connected wallet is governed by that wallet’s own terms.
09No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about accuracy, completeness, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. See the disclaimer.
10Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, the operator of Rapport is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for trading losses, lost profits or lost data arising from your use of Rapport or reliance on any report or post. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11Changes and termination
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and material changes will be announced on the site. You can stop using Rapport at any time. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms.
